Two new NED missions have arrived in Zanzibar (Tanzania) this weekend.

The first, attached to the NED ICU Project, is composed of Dr. Hamish Thompson (Intensivist), Dr. Daniel V. Tucker (Anaesthesiologist) and Ms. Pilar García Esteban (ICU Nurse).
This magnificent team will remain at the Mnazi Mmoja Hospital until next March 1st.

The second one, Neurosurgical, is coordinated by Dr. José Luis Llácer Ortega (Neurosurgeon); this time it is accompanied by Dr. Christian Sepúlveda Podije (Medical Resident), Dr. Sharon Ferez Prado (Medical Resident) and Scrub Nurses, Ms. Mª José Cervera Badía and Mr. Víctor Manuel Parra Codoñer, who will develop their work in the Mnazi Mmoja NED Surgical Institute.

We reiterate our sincere thanks to both teams for their unconditional support for our projects and their solidarity work in one of the poorest regions on Earth.

Asante sana!!
