DR YOUNG AT THE III ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF THE CATHEDRA OF NEUROSCIENCE

 

Last Friday, March 24th and in the Assembly Hall of the Palacio de la Colomina, the III Annual Conference of the CEU-NISA Cathedra in Neuroscience was held: “HUMANITARIAN MEDICINE AND ETHICS. GLOBAL SURGERY PROJECT ”, given by Professor Paul H. Young (Professor Neurosurgery – St. Louis University; Neurosurgeon – Anthony’s Medical Center. St. Louis; Founder of Practical Anatomy and Surgical Technique Workshop of St. Louis; Honor President NED Foundation)

The conference began with some welcoming words delivered by Mr. Ignacio Perez Roger (Vice-rector for Research) and Mrs. Mar Alvarez Reygosa (Manager of the Fundación Grupo Hospitales NISA), who, together with Dr Jose Piquer (Head of the Neuroscience Cathedra ), they sincerely appreciated Prof. Paul H. Young’s participation in this Anniversary Conference.

Dr Jose Piquer made a detailed presentation of the illustrious speaker, who went on to develop the interesting theme chosen for this III Annual Conference.

After the Conference, which was very well attended, a Wine of Honor was served in which both speakers and attendees were able to comment on its development.
