2nd NON-MEDICAL MISSION TO THE MAZIZINI ORPHANAGE (formerly Forodhani)

A new mission in Zanzibar of non-medical volunteers has taken place this month of April 2011.

As always, the assessment has been very positive and enriching.

On this occasion we visited with the children and caregivers of the Mazizini Orphanage: the Unguja zoo and the Jiambiani beach.

We have done painting, music, crafts, sports, …

We installed the 5 donated sewing machines that, together with the 3 that already had, allow to develop the classroom-sewing workshop.

Also, the computer room was set up …

We continue to work to provide these children and young people with affection and a more promising future, through their education.
